Positive: Loved the location, the view, the bed and it was close to my family. If I could get the same deal again I'd jump at the chance.
Negative: Having to go downstairs in the morning to boil the kettle for a cup of tea. A kettle would have been great! Everything else was in the room. The TV didn't work very well....
Summary: I loved the room and location. I would stay again if I could have the same room! I felt safe solo.

Negative: Room quite cold , and doesn’t have reverse cycle air con . It has an electric blanket but needed another blanket which I requested . But unfortunately it was never delivered to us . Not very clean , carpets dusty and grubby looking. It was difficult at times to find a park .

Negative: no heating, it was very cold brought on asthma attack. one chair provided for two people? two chairs should be provided, a TV that didn't work, check in very difficult as no one at property all done on apps which I don't have. no parking. and having to provide id and photos sent via phone/email should not have to happen I do not give permission for my photo to be used

Positive: Brilliant, tranquil luxury. Nice a quiet, very clean, the little balcony is well-positioned for a great view of the bay and boats. The room and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary; the piano was a lovely addition. The private jetty at the bottom of the stairs is just paradise.
Negative: Possibly a kettle in the bedroom near the fridge would have been perfect!
Summary: A gem, good value with a touch of luxury.

Positive: Comfortable room, stunning views. The ensuite bath was lovely to use.
Negative: It’s not well cared for, lots of maintenance issues including a wharf that has a pillar and supporting beam totally collapsed underneath so the boards bounce under your feet.. Not much care for the property in general - just the bare minimum done to keep it functional. Mattress was dirty/old but protector was clean/new. Feels like just a money-maker for the owners. Not care for the occupants.

Positive: The views from our King room were lovely, and our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communal kitchen and living room worked well.
Negative: Perhaps a hand towel in the bathroom may have been nice. Tissues also. Only one outdoor chair?? Odd for a couples room. TV had no operating instructions, so after a lot of fiddling we managed ABC only. Poor!
